PICK-UP / DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped to the address specified by you during the checkout process. SaYeezy is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from SaYeezy’s facilities to your address, however, SaYeezy is not a faceless corporation built on the foundation of robbing customers. If your item gets lost in transit, simply reach out to us via our Contact info section and we’ll work with you to ensure you get what you paid for.

CANCELLATION / RETURNS

You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered:

  1. If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 15 days (in Saudi Arabia) from the order date.
  2. If www.sayeezy.com/ fails to ship the ordered products.
  3. If the shipping location is not serviced by our contracted courier.

No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy. No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he OR she doesn’t like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match his or her expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address
  2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
  3. Package refused by recipient.
  4. In case of minor design and color variations. In case of mobile skins, there will always be some variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand.

UNDELIVERED GOODS

If an order does not successfully arrive at the delivery address provided during checkout within the recommended time-frame, please use the contact info section and let us know. We’ll work with you to get a re-shipment processed and ensure that you receive the product you paid for. We do not provide any refunds based on undelivered items, as delivery is out of our control once an item has left our warehouse.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

GENERAL

These Terms of Sale constitute the entire agreement between you and SaYeezy with respect to your purchase of products through the Website. The delay or failure of SaYeezy to act with respect to a breach of these Terms of Sale by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit SaYeezy’s rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches. SaYeezy shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms of Sale if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its control. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms of Sale, any provision of these Terms of Sale that imposes or contemplates continuing rights or obligations on you or us will survive the expiration or termination of these Terms of Sale. Returns/Exchanges

How can I exchange my product size?
As soon as you create a size change request, we reserve the item you want for yourself.
If the price of the item you’re exchanging has gone up, don’t worry, you won’t have to pay extra to receive it.
Below are the steps which you need to follow to a request for a “size change”:
1-contact us on the same number which we contacted you from when we confirmed your order.
The process of Exchange
1-once you contacted us on the whatsapp number which we used to contact you on the beginning we will start the process.
2- we will send a driver to pick up the old item.
3-once the pickup is done we will send the new shipment to you.
The process of Exchange can take from 14-16days in total from the time you contacted us till the time when you will receive the new shipment.
Exchange fees
If the Exchange is because of a Mistake from our store we will Do the Exchange For FREE
But if there was not mistake from our store and the customer wanted to exchange for any other reason in that case there will be 100 SR,10 KWD,10 BHD, 10 OMR for the Exchange Fees which is the Delivery charges

Make sure you arrange to have your original items packed in the same way we deliver it and it should be in the same condition when you receive it .
Rules and Conditions for Exchanges:
1. Exchange can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Items should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
3. It should also be in the same brand box you received.
