SHIPPING

When you order from Sayeezy, you will receive a confirmation call. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order’s shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

The total time it takes to receive your order is shown below:

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time (1-2 days) : The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

Shipping time (3-4 days) : The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

Shipping from your local warehouse is significantly faster. Some charges may apply.

In addition, the transit time depends on where you’re located and where your package comes from. If you want to know more information, please contact the customer service. We will settle your problem as soon as possible. Enjoy shopping!

 

CANCELATIONS

Except for any statutory rights of cancellation that you may have under applicable provincial consumer protection laws, once you place your order you cannot cancel it. Given the customized nature of SaYeezy’s products, product’s purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds can be provided for products that are damaged before delivery or in the case of the product bearing a custom logo or other artwork requested by you, product bearing a logo or other artwork that does not match the logo or other artwork requested by you. If your product appears to be damaged please contact us promptly at the contact details given.

 

UNDELIVERED GOODS

If an order does not successfully arrive at the delivery address provided during checkout within the recommended time-frame, please use the contact info section and let us know. We’ll work with you to get a re-shipment processed and ensure that you receive the product you paid for. We do not provide any refunds based on undelivered items, as delivery is out of our control once an item has left our warehouse.
